In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "xs666" / "the Platform" — refers to the online gaming website operated at xs666.im and all associated services, games, and features made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" — any individual who registers an account on xs666 and uses the platform for gaming, betting, or any other purpose.
• "Account" — the individual registered user account created by a Player on xs666, used to access all platform services.
• "Balance" — the total PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held in a Player's xs666 account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus funds as separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account under an xs666 promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including identity documents (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification required by xs666 before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to xs666 is restricted under the platform's licensing conditions or applicable law.

To register and use xs666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xs666 does not permit access by any person under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agents, and third-party registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of xs666 or any company within the xs666 group, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not have previously had an xs666 account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

xs666 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents at any stage of the registration process or subsequently. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered xs666 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. xs666 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, xs666 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xs666 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. xs666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify xs666 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

xs666 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This includes but is not limited to: a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and number), and proof of address. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.1 Deposits

xs666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are generally credited to your xs666 account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. xs666 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. xs666 targets a processing time of under 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests from accounts with incomplete KYC may be held pending verification. xs666 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that trigger the platform's anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on xs666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Player selects an alternative currency option where available. xs666 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by third-party payment providers.

xs666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All xs666 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual bonus terms and must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are tracked separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first during gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• xs666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and cancel associated winnings if xs666 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed abusively, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses claimed on xs666 are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5.2 VIP Programme

xs666 operates a six-tier VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite). Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers. VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and bonus multipliers — are set by xs666 at its discretion and may be revised at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

All games and betting markets offered on xs666 are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

6.1 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, malfunction, or a manifest error in game configuration (including incorrect odds, pricing errors, or technical faults), xs666 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected. xs666 will not be liable to pay out winnings that result from a technical error. A manifest error is defined as one that would have been obvious to any reasonable person at the time the bet or game round was placed.

6.2 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• All cricket bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs, xs666 will apply the void rules applicable to each specific market as published on the platform.
• PSL match bets are settled based on the official DLS method result where weather interruptions occur.
• xs666 reserves the right to suspend cricket betting markets at any time, including during live in-play betting, at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xs666. Players found engaging in any of the following may have their accounts closed immediately, with all funds held pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one xs666 account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity, age, or contact information at any stage of registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any other system designed to circumvent fair gameplay.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or bet on xs666.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any xs666 game or system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus claiming, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, or systematically exploiting wagering promotions.
• Using xs666 to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing xs666 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward xs666 staff or other Players.

xs666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The platform provides a full suite of player-protection tools available to all registered users. xs666 operates strictly as a 21+ platform and enforces this policy rigorously.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via their xs666 account settings. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session time reminders can be enabled to alert Players after a set period of continuous gaming activity.
• A cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) may be requested at any time by contacting xs666 support.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from xs666 by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period chosen and will be enforced across all xs666 services.
• xs666 will not send promotional communications to any Player who has self-excluded or who is in a cooling-off period.

All content on the xs666 platform — including but not limited to the xs666 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xs666 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use xs666 solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any xs666 content; modify or create derivative works; use any xs666 content for commercial purposes; or reverse-engineer any xs666 software or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of xs666 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xs666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on xs666 (gambling is an inherently risky activity and all losses are the Player's responsibility).
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events outside xs666's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or others).
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers operating on the xs666 platform.

xs666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, regardless of the basis of that claim, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to xs666 in the 30 days preceding the claim.

xs666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on xs666, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xs666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon account termination for breach of these terms, xs666 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where termination occurs for any other reason, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their xs666 account may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xs666 holds its international gaming licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through xs666's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated under xs666's gaming licence. xs666 will cooperate fully with any such dispute resolution process and will abide by the outcome.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be excluded by agreement.

xs666 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and promptly. xs666 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a final resolution within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of xs666's internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the independent dispute resolution body specified under the xs666 gaming licence.
